1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between
Aeropilot LLС (INN: 7814759008, OGRN: 1197847118336, registered address: 197374, St. Petersburg,
Primorsky Prospekt, Building 137, Block 1, Letter A, Room 344N, Workplace 2), hereinafter referred to
as the “Administration,” and any user hereinafter referred to as the “User” of the website https://foxpointheli.ru, hereinafter referred to as the “Website.”
1.2. Use of the Website is governed by this Agreement and the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
1.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the
Russian Federation.
1.4. By beginning to use the Website, the User is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement in
full, without reservation or exception.
1.5. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, they must immediately cease using
the Website.
1.6. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time without prior
notice. The current version of the Agreement is always available on this page.
1.7. The Website is an information resource intended to provide information about the activities of
Aeropilot LLC and the services offered by Aeropilot LLC. It may also provide functionality for online
ordering and booking of services.
1.8. All information about services posted on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not
constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 435 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Final
terms of service are defined in separate agreements with the Administration.
2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
— Administration: Employees authorized to manage the Website on behalf of Aeropilot LLC.
— User: An individual or legal entity using the Website.
— Content: Any information published on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, videos,
audio, and other materials.
— Services: Functional capabilities provided to the User via the Website.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Administration grants the User the right to use the Website and its Services in accordance with
the terms of this Agreement.
3.2. All existing Services, as well as any future modifications, enhancements, or additions, are subject to
this Agreement.
4. REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE
4.1. To access certain features of the Website, the User must complete the registration process.
4.2. During registration, the User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
4.3. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for
all activities that occur under their account.

5. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

— Remove User accounts or Content that violate this Agreement;
— Restrict or suspend a User’s access to the Website in the event of a violation;
— Temporarily suspend Website operations for maintenance or technical reasons;
— Impose usage restrictions as necessary for the proper operation of the Website.
6.2. The Administration undertakes to:
— Ensure the proper operation and availability of the Website.
— Protect Users’ personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”;
— Respond to User inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All materials accessible through the Website—including design elements, text, graphics, images,
illustrations, videos, software, music, sounds, and other content—are the exclusive property of the
Administration or other rightful owners.
7.2. Any use of the Website’s Content requires the prior written permission of the copyright holder(s).

8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

9.3. By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their

10. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.2. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction
located at the Administration’s registered address, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
11.3. The pre-trial (claims) procedure is mandatory for dispute resolution.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1. This Agreement enters into force immediately upon the User’s first use of the Website.
12.2. The Agreement remains in effect indefinitely until terminated by either party in accordance with its
terms.
12.3. Matters not expressly addressed in this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the
Russian Federation.
12.4. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent
jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
